I got sidelined by a summer cold last week…
Drowning in mucus, dead to the world for days, binge-watching movies (finally caught “The Martian” — phenomenal) and overdosing on tea.
Right before I got too sick to stand, I managed to finish KNOXX 101 — 29 chapters total with epilogue and side quests at the end

The bones of that story is rock-solid, but everything else needs serious remodeling.
Here’s the kicker — these past months have transformed me as a writer since I first to a shot at that story.
Being bedridden stripped away all the noise and exposed exactly what was rotting underneath.
Sometimes your best breakthroughs happen when life forces you to stop and actually see what’s broken.
