You see…
I’m 5’4″ and every bit of 140 pounds, but in the right hands (mine), this secret weapon is all you need to instantly catch any bad guy off guard and level the playing field…
No training required…
Let me give you a quick example…
Last week, I was tracking a bail jumper for Redd’s Recovery — think of it as me doing a mix of bounty hunting and a car repo work…
If you’ve ever been in Los Demonios for more than a week, you’ve ran across Redd Recovery’s billboards or ads — “We Always Get Our Proxy” is their ridiculous slogan.
Their office sits in that sketchy part of Old Harbor District in Los Demonios where even the drones won’t deliver after dark…
The skip I was hired to track down had made it all the way to Aetherpoint — clear across the continent—swapping proxies at every transit hub to throw us off.
Classic runner behavior…
I tracked him to an ether deck ghetto in The Aeth.
While doing surveillance from the empty building across the street, the floor suddenly gave way.
I crashed through rotting boards, plummeting to the space below…
As I gathered my senses, I realized with horror I’d landed in a secret hideout for The Mutes—the most ruthless gang in Aetherpoint.
Forty pairs of eyes locked onto me…
I had 20 minutes of pure hell ahead of me…
My pulse rifle, neural disruptor and subatomic blade were lost in the fall…
The only thing that stayed clipped to my belt was — my secret weapon…
(Seriously…)
The first three thugs rushed me with plasma knives.
One click of my flashlight—2000+ lumens straight to their eyes—and they were stumbling into each other, temporarily blind.
While they flailed, I methodically took them down and moved toward the exit.
Flash, strike, move.
Flash, strike, move.
Several thugs with firearms opened fire from across the room.
I hit them with my light, making them shoot wildly as I rolled behind a storage container.
The worst were the ones with military-grade night vision patches—they thought they were immune to my trick.
But when I cranked my flashlight to maximum output, they’re night-vision overloaded, likely blinding them permanently and causing searing pain as their enhanced vision became their weakness.
But then…
One mountain of a man caught me from behind, lifting me by my throat.
With my last bit of strength, I twisted and blinded him point-blank.
As he dropped me, gasping, I delivered a kick that bought me precious seconds to get away from him…
By the time I fought my way to the exit, I’d took out dozens of gang members…
Not bad for a “flashlight cop.”
There’s so many more details I left out that’ll blow your mind —
Maybe I’ll tell you the entire chapter, especially what happened AFTER I escaped…
Anyways…
Look—
Whether you’re navigating the darkest corners of Aetherpoint or riding the glass elevators to Cloud’s End in The Spire, you need protection that works.
I take my flashlight everywhere on The Surface—it’s the one tool that’s never failed me.
And you should too.
You don’t need to be a trained fighter.
This isn’t about confrontation—it’s about creating critical seconds to escape.
In those moments when danger is imminent, having the right tool can mean the difference between life and death…
Want to know what flashlight gives me those precious seconds?
Check out this one — it’s similar to what saved my life that day →
It has 4.5 stars, and is ready to use right out of the box.
