How I Fast Travel to my Grandma all the way to Beijing from NYC without owning a proxy or Breaking The Bank

A crowded NYC train, Tai Chi and my grandma in Beijing have this one thing in common:

PROXY SHARING…

You see…

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve connected with my grandma Nana halfway across the world every morning in Beijing — while commuting home from work in NYC…

And NO, I’m not referring to:
🚫 just holographic projections…
🚫 a 3D simulation on a headset…
🚫 a pre-recorded VR experience…
🚫 some old-school video live stream…
🚫 a basic augmented reality filter…

Nope…

I’m referring to literally finding vacant bodies in Beijing, renting them for an hour and TETHERING my mind to them…

And boom…

Within seconds I’m in Beijing — yup!

And the dopest part…

The whole process is as easy as ordering an Uber…

Here’s how I do it step-by-step:
.
.
.
Here’s the thing…

Most would kill to be able to squeeze in a relaxing morning Tai Chi session in Beijing while commuting home from a stressful day at work in NYC…

It’s too easy to blame the lack of time, costs or geographical constraints for making it seem impossible.

Fortunately, overcoming these limitations is a breeze if you have the right tech.

And unlike:

  • expensive international travel or even worst
  • unaffordable spare proxies and
  • international proxy storage fees…

This method will only cost me the equivalent of a large cup of coffee at TARBUXX…

Follow along as I unpack my system for a rejuvenating end to my workdays, no matter where on the planet I am…

3 Simple Steps:
How I use “Proxy Sharing” to Experience Tai Chi in Beijing from anywhere on the globe

Step 1: I Board the Night Train

After another grueling day as a Customer Service Rep in New Manhattan, I hop on the night train.

The trip on the Long Island (Reclaimed) Rail Road (LIRRR) takes approximately 1 hour and 11 minutes.

See…

My job essentially makes me a punching bag for the company’s customers…

So you can imagine, the work stress piles up quickly for me.

Dealing with endless complaints and irate customers makes me long for the peace and comfort of my home — Beijing China…

I especially miss time on The Surface with my grandma Nana.

*Sure, we hang out all the time with each other in THE ETHERVERSE — but it’s nothing’s like physically being in her presence…

I’d cherish every second I could be with her (in the flesh), especially at this late stage of her life.

So imagine how HYPED I was when SoulTech gave me this opportunity to test their new tech!

As the train departs, I settle into my seat, the hum of the tracks providing a soft rhythmic backdrop.

I connect to the Etherverse using SoulTech’s new wearable devices called EtherRigs, which are currently in the beta testing phase.

With this EtherRig, my train ride becomes my sanctuary, a chance to mentally transition from the chaos of the day to a peaceful, meditative state.

Tip: I use the short walk from my office building to the train station as prep time to breathe deeply and prepare for your Tai Chi session.

Step 2: Connect to SoulTech’s Proxy Sharing Map

Once comfortably settled, I open SoulTech’s “Proxy Sharing” map on my comm.

The interface is intuitive, snappy and user-friendly, displaying a map of Beijing dotted with proxies available from Proxy Share Hosts

Proxy Share Hosts is SoulTech’s name for people renting out their proxies on the Proxy Share platform.

I quickly filter options to find a proxy near The Temple of Heaven, traditionally called 天壇 (pronounced: Tiāntán), where tens of thousands gather for morning Tai Chi.

(There’s a 12 hour difference between the East Coast and China — it’s 7PM here in NYC which is 7AM in Beijing) — so the timing is perfect!

Selecting the perfect proxy is simple—I choose one with the gender, build, and skin tone that matches my preferences.

Because I want my Nana to truly feel like I’m right there with her, I select options that match my own features.

This feature ensures that when others in China see the proxy I’m using, they instead see my likeness rather than the proxy’s appearance.

The process is quick and seamless and in an incredibly short amount of time, I’m ready to join a Tai Chi session on the opposite side of the planet.

It only took 57 seconds to set up and tether to a suitable proxy for the hour-long session.

Step 3: Join the Tai Chi Session

With the proxy set, I seamlessly join the Tai Chi session at The Temple of Heaven.

The morning air of Beijing, crisp and invigorating, fills my senses through the EtherRig’s immersive advanced neural augmented reality capabilities.

I can even smell the rich incense fragrances of Lan & Hui Flowers and Chinese Cinnamon.

As I move in harmony with the crowd, I feel the energy of thousands practicing together, flowing through me.

Seeing her face light up as she recognizes me is priceless.

We move through the Tai Chi forms together, our movements synchronized, creating a deep sense of connection despite the distance.

The calm and focus of the session envelops me, transforming my commute into a peaceful, meditative journey.

Following these steps, I experience the invigorating benefits of Tai Chi and precious moments with my grandma without ever leaving NYC.

Reasons Why Proxy Sharing is lifechanging

Proxy Sharing is amazing because it seamlessly integrates technology with daily routines.

Reason 1: Time Efficiency

It maximizes my commute time by turning it into a productive and relaxing activity.

This approach helps me end my days on a positive note, making the most of every moment.

Reason 2: Technological Connectivity

It utilizes advanced tech like ETHER RIGS and PROXY SHARING to bridge geographical gaps.

This connectivity allows me to experience global activities in real-time, enhancing my daily routine.

Reason 3: Holistic Wellness

It combines physical exercise with the mental calmness of Tai Chi.

Although my body (in NYC) isn’t moving, the muscles and nerves are still firing off, which still provides a physical benefit along with the mental relief.

This promotes overall well-being without disrupting my schedule, offering a perfect balance of work and relaxation.

My Final Takeaway

Leveraging technology like SoulTech’s Proxy Sharing, I transform my nightly commutes into global wellness journeys — and this is just scratching the surface.

Hollywood is using this same tech in the new Bo Stone movie…

Embracing these possibilities allows me to integrate relaxation and fitness into my daily routine, no matter where I am.

With just a few simple steps and a bit of innovation, I unlock a world of experiences right from my train seat.

My contact at SoulTech mentioned that Proxy Sharing will move into public beta once one final additional feature is revealed…

I’m not sure when this will happen or what else SoulTech has up their sleeves…

But it sounds like it’s less than 90 days away — so don’t judge me for feeling over-hyped about what these wizards have in store for us…
